TR=TRADITIONAL:

(ALL LEVELS WELCOME)
This 90 minute consists of the traditional elements o the "Bikram Method": twenty-six postures and two breathing performed in a heated environment!
 
XP=XPRESS CLASS:
(ALL LEVELS WELCOME)
This class consists of the same sequence of postures and heated environment that you have grown to love in the traditional hot yoga class, but shortened to 65 minutes. It is perfect for the beginning student or regular practitioners with busy schedules!
 
PH=POWER HOUR
(INTERMEDIATE: Minimum 3 Months Experience Required, No Exceptions! )
This 60 minute class provides yoga in a hot, energetic and playful atmosphere. Emphasis is placed on both strengthening the foundational postures of the traditional series but also deepening the students practice by exploring postures that are new!
